Measured Survey & Feasibility Study
Measured Surveys consist of a site visit to your property/land to obtain measurements of essential dimensions which will enable the existing drawings to be accurately drawn.
Feasibility Studies can be progressed upon completion of the measured survey to enable your ideas/requirements to be transferred into a sketch format (plans/sections/elevations/3D visuals etc).
Planning & Building Regulations
Planning - Once the design/layout has been finalised, drawings will be prepared for submission to the Local Authority for their Planning Approval. Submitted drawings typically include both the existing and proposed drawings.
Building Regulations - Once planning permission has been granted, the drawings can be developed into Building Regulation drawings and submitted to Building Control.
3D Visuals and Renders
3D Visuals can assist during different
stages of the project;
- Basic 3D visuals for understanding site potential during the Feasibility Stage.
- Detailed 3D Visuals to be included in the Planning Application submission to assist in obtaining Planning Approval.
- Marketing images to suit clients requirements.
