From personal experience with some clients, visualising a design to maximise the potential of a property can sometimes be difficult but with
TMP Architecture's assistance, we will be able to produce a design to suit your needs/requirements.
All drawings are drawn in 2D formats for the Plans, Elevations & Sections which are generally sufficient to achieve approvals for Planning Applications & Building Regulation Applications. As some projects are more complex, I also offer a 3D service at an additional cost which will allow you to visually appreciate the design and scale of the project.

1. Apartment Blocks. These apartment blocks are typically designed with a variety of different floor plans to accommodate acceptable buildings/properties within the required Council's Guidance. Designs include reviews for acceptable communal gardens and private gardens. Also PTAL ratings are necessary to understand number of vehicles required on the proposed site.
2. Residential House Extensions. Varying from simple loft conversions, single storey extensions or 2 storey side/rear extensions. Each proposal is designed with client's preference to ensure the layout and design of the property is what they are after, with consideration being reviewed by TMP Architecture Ltd for what the council will/should approve.
3. Feasibility Studies of plots of land ready for development. These Feasibilities consist of working out the maximum number of dwellings per site to comply with the Council's Guidance.
4. 3D Visuals of internal and external spaces with a great visual representation.
5. Barn conversions into luxury houses with exciting internal layouts.

Tony Pearce BA(Hons)
I studied Architecture at The University of Westminster and London South Bank University through an apprenticeship with an Architectural Practice. The apprenticeship scheme helped me to complete my BA(Hons) at university whilst gaining valuable experience within an Architectural Practice.
Practice Experience
Architectural Practice in Ilford, London
I worked for an Architectural Practice for approximately 12 years. During my time at this company, I completed my BA(Hons) Degree in Architecture and worked on a broad range of projects of different scales and different sectors of the industry.
Predominantly, I worked on residential projects which ranged from individual properties to large residential estates up to approximately 700 units.
Other sectors of the industry I worked on during my time at the Architectural Practice were Retail and Education. Retail projects varied from small individual retail units, up to large retail units to accommodate Supermarkets. Education projects included a small extension to increase the form entry of school and a refurbishment/increase to an existing school to modernise its outlook and to increase form entry.
